Each Claira region runs on its own, with no cross-region replication. Document content is sent for review within the region your deployment uses, processed per request and not stored; the result is written straight back into your Discover case.

Claira offers data residency in Canada, Australia, Germany, the UK, the US and Brazil, with customer-managed encryption keys held in-country. AI providers used by Claira may not train on, keep or share your content.

What Claira does keep is operational metadata, such as scan records, billing state and case settings, which is what makes the audit trail possible.
