The demo case is open to anyone evaluating Claira - whether you currently use Nuix, Relativity, another platform, or nothing at all. The full conditions are set out below.

This demo case is made available by Claira in partnership with Noticia Solutions and is subject to the following conditions. The demo may be modified, suspended, withdrawn, or revoked at any time, with or without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Claira and Noticia Solutions.

Participation is conditional upon acceptance of the respective terms of use and privacy policies of Claira, Nuix, and Noticia Solutions, each as amended from time to time. Where any conflict arises between this page and those governing documents, the governing documents shall prevail.

The demo case is provided strictly for evaluation purposes. It is not licensed or authorised for production use, and may not be used to host, process, store, or review any live matter, client data, or confidential information. Only the sample data made available within the demo case may be used; uploading, ingesting, or otherwise loading any other data is not permitted.

The demo is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined, substituted, or exchanged with any other offer, credit, or promotion. The demo is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Eligibility, activation timelines, and workspace configuration remain subject to verification and, where applicable, to conflict, know-your-client, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering checks customary in the eDiscovery industry.

The demo case is provisioned for a 30-day evaluation period, measured from the date of provisioning. At the end of the period, the demo case is decommissioned and any activity within it is removed. Continued use after the demo period requires a paid Claira and Nuix Discover plan at then-prevailing rates. Technical services, including data loading, processing, production, and forensic collection, are not included and may be quoted separately by Noticia Solutions if subsequently engaged.
