Accessibility Statement

Effective October 15, 2026 · Last Updated October 15, 2026

Noticia Solutions Inc. (“Noticia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use claira.to and its regional and language versions (the “Website”). This statement describes the standard we aim to meet, the limitations we know about, and how to contact us if you have difficulty using the Website.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a Website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or the technology used. We consider accessibility when we design, build, and publish content, and we work to improve the accessibility of the Website on an ongoing basis.

2. Conformance Target

We aim for the Website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

3. Applicable Standards and Laws

Where applicable, we also take into account:

  • the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content;
  • the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, which in Ontario require accessible websites, accessible feedback processes, and accessible formats and communication supports on request; and
  • other accessibility laws in the jurisdictions where we offer the Website.

4. How We Support Accessibility

To support accessibility, we aim to:

  • use clear structure, headings, and semantic markup so that the Website works with screen readers and other assistive technologies;
  • make all features usable with a keyboard;
  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for our own video content;
  • maintain sufficient colour contrast and allow text to be resized without loss of content;
  • write in clear, plain language; and
  • consider accessibility when we add new pages, features, and third-party tools.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some third-party content is provided by other companies and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA: the embedded YouTube player, the Ask Claira chat (provided by Chatbase), and the HubSpot Meetings scheduler.
  • Alternative text for images in older articles was generated from the article title and may not describe the image in detail.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know (see Section 7).

6. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the Website rely on content or tools provided by third parties, such as embedded YouTube videos, the Ask Claira chatbot (provided by Chatbase), the HubSpot Meetings scheduler for demo bookings, and our cookie preferences tools. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not fully control their content. If you have difficulty with any third-party content, contact us and we will help you obtain the information in another way.

7. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Website. If you experience any difficulty, or if you would like information in an accessible format or with communication support, contact us:

Please tell us the web address (URL) of the page, the problem you encountered, and, if you wish, the browser and assistive technology you use. Our goal is to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. If we need more time to resolve an issue, we will tell you what we are doing and when you can expect a resolution.

8. Accessible Formats

On request, we will provide information on the Website, including our legal policies, in an accessible format or with communication supports, in a timely manner and at no additional cost.

9. Assessment and Review

This statement was prepared in October 2026 based on a self-assessment using automated testing (axe) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. We review it regularly and update it when we make significant changes to the Website.
